১).
জীবনকে জিতে নিতে
শংকর_ব্রহ্ম
আমার অবুঝ অভিমানের মতো
থম মেরে রয়েছে আকাশ
বাতাসও নিশ্চল,যেন কোন এক ঝড়ের পূর্বাভাস
সময়ও সতর্ক, টানটান খুব
ধীরে ধীরে সব মেঘ কেটে যেতে পারে
আবার তা নাও পারে, কি হবে,তা সময়ই বলবে!
এ সব নিয়ে বেশী আতঙ্কিত না হয়ে
এসো এখন এক হাত দাবা খেলা যাক,
বাজি ধরা যাক,এই সময় ও পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে
ঝড় উঠব কি উঠবে না? পরিস্থিতি কোন দিকে যাবে? বল তুমি রাজী? এসো তবে, লাগাই জীবনকে জিতে নিতে বাজী।

Like my stupid arrogance
The sky is still astonish
The wind is still, like a forecast of a storm
Time is much alert about it too
Gradually all the clouds can be vanish
That may not be too, only time will say what happen?
Doing no panic about all this
Let’s play chess once now,
Let’s bet on this time and situation
Will the storm rise or not? Which way will the situation go? Tell me, do you agree? Come on,we bet on winning life.
২).
গোপন_ইঙ্গিতে

আর কত বলব সহজে?
যে না বোঝে
মানে
আমি তার কানে
মন্ত্রবীজে
ঢুকে যাব নিজে ?
হবে তা কি খুবই সুখের?
নাকি তাকে মুখের
উপর বলে দেব সব?
আকারে ইঙ্গিতে,
অথবা থাকব নীরব?
কিংবা ভিন্ন ভঙ্গিতে
বলব সে সব কথা,
যাতে ব্যথা
কমে যাবে কিছু।
তবে আর মিছু মিছু
বাকী থাকে কেন?
যেন বা এ সব কিছুঘটে যাবে
অন্য কারও গোপন ইঙ্গিতে
গ্রীষ্ম বর্ষা কিংবা শীতে।

How much more easyly will I say?
who does not understand
The meaning
I will enter her ear

গাছ_কথা
#শংকর_ব্রহ্ম
১).
প্লাবনে জলে জলে গাছগুলি ডুবে যায়
জল তার আশ পাশ তলা সব চুষে খায়
গাছ তবু মরে না
ঝুঁকে নুয়ে পড়ে না
গলা তুলে দাঁড়িয়ে সে একা একা লড়ে যায়
শেষে জল সরে গেলে গা ঝেরে উঠে দাঁড়ায়।
২).
গাছগুলি জল পেলে ধীরে ধীরে ওঠে বেড়ে
মানুষেরা বল পেলে কেন ওঠে এতো তেড়ে?
এর কোন মানে যদিও পাইনি তো বুঝে
তাই আমি মানে তার যাই আজও খুঁজে,
দেখি গাছেদের ভিতরে আছে সহনীয় ভাব
আর মানুষের সহ্যের আছে যে বড় অভাব।

1).
Trees drowns in floods
Water sucks all around the trees
The tree does not die
Does not lean forward
He raising his throat and fight alone
At the end, when the water recedes, the body shakes and stands up.
2).
Plants grow slowly when they get water
Why are people so angry when they get the ball?
Although I didn’t understand any meaning of it
So I search the meaning of that even today,
I see that there is tolerance inside the trees
And people have a big lack of tolerance.

অগ্নিকণা

১).
কলমের কালি ফুরিয়েছে কবে
লেখনীতে নেই সেই ধার
তবু কেউ কেউ জোর দিয়ে বলে
কলমই তো হাতিয়ার।
কলমের কাজ ফুরিয়েছে আজ
লেখক কলম ধরে না আর
আঙুলি স্পর্শে সারে তার কাজ
হয় না যে তার লেখনীর দরকার।
২).
জীবনের এ গতির, মানুষের প্রকৃতির
ছবি তুমি দেখনি?
শব্দ নিয়ে কারবার,সে কথাই বারবার
লিখে ছিল কোন এক লেখনী।
কলমের কালি ফুরিয়েছে কবে
এবার বুঝি রক্ত ভরে লিখতে হবে,
মানুষ তো নয় অমানুষে যাচ্ছে ভরে দেশ ,
নেই তাতে ক্ষোভ,নেই তাতে ভয়
সবাই আমরা সুখেই আছি বেশ।

There is no sharpness in writing
Yet some insist
A pen is a tool.
The work of the pen is finished today
The writer no longer holds the pen
His work is done with the touch of a finger
Not that he needs a pen.

At this pace of life, human nature
Didn’t you see the picture?
Dealing with words, the same thing over and over again
Was written by a pen.
When the pen ran out of ink
Now I have to write in blood,
The country is full of inhuman people,
There is no anger in it, there is no fear in it

দিনযাপন

সকালের আলো এসে
বলল আমাকে হেসে,
বল আজ কি কি কাজ আছে?
আমি তাকে ভালবেসে,
বলেছি লাজুক হেসে
কোন কাজ নেই আজ
থাকব তোমার শুধু কাছে।
সেই শুনে পালাল সকাল
ফিরে এল মধ্যাহ্ন কাল,
সে-ও দেখি এসে বলে,
কাজ নেই বুঝি কোন?
বসে আছ একা যেন,
চলো যাই মেহনত করি,
আমি তার কথা শুনে
ভেবেছিল বুঝি মনে
ভয়ে যাব একেবারে মরি,
আমি বলি চল যাই
হাটে বাটে খেটে খাই,
কিছু পরে সে-ও যে পালাল।
নিবিড় রাত্রি এসে আমাকে জড়াল শেষে,
জানি না যে কি করে সে, বুকের ভিতরে?

The morning light came
He said smiling at me
What have you to do today?
I love him much
I said with a shy smile
No work today
I will stay only near you.
The morning ran away after hearing that
Midday came back,
He came and said,
Have you no work today?
Why are you sitting alone
let’s us work hard
I hear him
He thought
I’ll be scared to work for death
I say let’s go
In the market to work,
After some time he ran away.
After the intense night came and entwined me,
Do not know what he does, inside my bosom?
৬).
ভাষা_শেখা

মুখ যখন কথা বলে
চোখ খুলে কান শোনে,
মুখ যখন আপনিই থেমে যায়,
তখন কথা বলা শুরু করে চোখ,
চোখও যখন থেমে যায়
কথা বলা শুরু করে মন।
এ’ভাবেই শরীরের প্রতিটি কোষ কথা বলে,
আমি টের পাই, বুঝতে পারি ভাষা তার।
মানুষের মুখের ভাষাই শুধু
জানি না বুঝি না এখন আর।

When the mouth speaks
The eyes open and listen.
When the face stops ,
Then the eyes begin to speak,
When the eyes also stop
Mind starts talking.
This is how every cell in the body speaks.
I feel, understand his language.
Only the language of people’s mouths

যাওয়া
#শংকর_ব্রহ্ম
কতজন হারাতে হারাতে আমি এসেছি এখানে
এরপরে হারাবো কি তা বা কে জানে ?
সেই ভেবে কেঁদে ওঠে মন
প্রতিবাদে ঝড় ওঠে যখন তখন।
কেউ তো চিরস্থায়ী থাকে না এখানে
যদি তার মানে
যেতে হবে সবাইকে আগে আর পরে,
সেই কথা ভেবে মন বিদ্রোহ করে।
বিদ্রোহ প্রতিবাদে মনে ওঠে ঘোরলাগা ঝড়
কেন তবে ভাবি বসে আপন আর পর,
ঝড়ে যদি ভেঙে যায় অনেকের ঘর
চলো নিই তবে ঘর ছেড়ে সবার খবর।
এইভাবে পৃথিবীর অলিগলি সব পথ ঘুরে
হারাতে হারাতে আমি যাব চলে দূরে।

After lose of many people I have come here
Who knows what to lose next?
The mind cried thinking that
Then there was a storm of protest.
No one lives here forever
If the meaning of that is
Everyone must go before and after,
The mind revolts at the thought of that.
Rebellion protests felt like a raging storm
in the mind
Why do I sit and think, oneself and otherself
Many houses are destroyed in the storm
Let’s take the news of everyone leaving the house.

প্রতিভা

আশ্চর্য প্রতিভা নিয়ে কত সব মেধা উপস্থিত
আমরা বিকল্প খুঁজি কল্পনা বিহীন
সব শেষে সেই সব প্রতিভারা এসে
মুগ্ধ বোধ ভাষা পাঠে নিমগ্ন হয়।
দূর থেকে বাতাসে ভেসে আসে আজানের সুর
হঠাৎ আঁধার যেন শেষ হয়
সূর্য উঠে আসে পূবের আকাশে
স্মৃতি তার চার পাশে নীরবে ছড়ায়।

How many talents are present with amazing talent
We look for alternatives without imagination
At last all those talents
A sense of fascination permeates language learning.
The sound of Azan floats in the air from far away
Suddenly ends the darkness
The sun rises in the eastern sky
Memories spread silently around that.

যখনথাকবনা

আমি নেই ভাবতেই হৃদয়টা খা খা করে ওঠে
মনটা শূন্যতায় হু হু করে কোথায় যে ছোটে?
মনেকর আর ধর আমি নেই আর ফেসবুকে
আমার অভাব বিঁধেবে কি কারও বুকে?
খুব জানতে ইচ্ছে করে একান্তে, অন্তরে
যখন চিরতরে থাকব না ফেসবুকে
তোমরা থাকবে কোথায় যে কে?
থেকো সবাই অন্তবিহীন সুখে
আমায় না পেলে কোথাও খুঁজে,
জেনো আমি থাকব সবার মাঝে
মনের ভিতর নীরবে ঢুকে,
সকাল বিকাল সন্ধ্যাবেলায় সবার দুঃখে সুখে।

My heart ached when I think I am not here
Where is the mind that empties in the emptiness of that where runs?
Suppose I am no longer on Facebook

Let everyone be in endless happiness
If you can’t find me anywhere

শিবদুর্গাপাঁচালি
#শংকর_ব্রহ্ম
দুর্গা যাবেন বাপের বাড়ি
শিব পড়েছেন ফাঁপরে,
সাজতে হবে বাঘ ছালে নয়
নতুন জামা কাপড়ে।
শ্বশুর বাড়ি যাওয়া মানেই
একরাশ তো খরচ,
বাপের বাড়ি যাওয়ার জন্য
আহা,দুর্গার কি গরজ!
মনের কথা জানতে পরে
দুর্গা বলেন হেসে,
বছরে তো একবারই যাই
নয় তো মাসে মাসে
মাসে মাসে গেলে তোমার
কি যে হতো দশা?
মাসে মাসে যাবে কেন?
থাকও না সারা বছর
কে করেছে মানা?
দক্ষ বাবা তাড়াবে দেখো
সে কথা আছে জানা
যেমন তাড়ায় মশা
দেখে তোমার খরচ।
দুর্গা শুনে রেগে বলেন
আমার মরণ দশা,
বাপের বাড়ি থাকব কেন
একটি বছর বসা?
সার বছর আমাকে যদি
ওখানে রাখার গরজ,
তবে মাসে মাসে দিতে হবে
আমাকে রাহাখরচ।
শুনে শিবনেত্রে মহাদেব
ত্রিকাল পানে চান
নিজেন স্ত্রীর কাছে কেবল
বাঁচাতে নিজের মান।

ভালবাসা_বুঝি

মন্দ কিংবা ভাল
যে ভাবেই হোক,
তুমি আছ
শুধু এইটুকু জানলেই
স্বস্তি পাই মনে।
আমি আছি কিংবা নেই
সে কথা তোমার
না জানলেও চলে,
কিন্তু আমার চলে না।
আমি যে তোমায় সর্বদা খুঁজি,
এর নাম ভালবাসা বুঝি?

গোপন_ইচ্ছে

দুঃখী রাতের কষ্টগুলো পেরিয়ে এলেই বন্ধু পাবে
প্রিয় নারীর সঙ্গে তোমার দেখা হবে দুপুর শেষে
দুঃখ নিয়ে যে সব মানুষ ঘর ছেড়ে যায়
ঘুরে বেড়ায়
তারাও তোমার বন্ধু হবে
হাসতে হাসতে তোমার দিকে হাত বাড়াবে।
তুমিই তখন খেলার ছলে প্রেম শেখাবে যে শত্রু তাকে,
এ’সব ভাল
তার চেয়েও আরও ভাল, দুঃখে কষ্টে ডুবে থেকেও
গোপন ভাবে মনের ভিতর বেঁচে থাকার ইচ্ছেগুলো।
